Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide signal manipulation using Zetec's Signal InjECT software to create a data set for auto-analysis of Eddy Current Inspection on heat exchanger tubing.

• Zetec will be provided with tube data files and calibration standards data files containing known defects.

• Zetec will signal inject these defects into the provided tube data files to create a comprehensive data set.

• This data set will feature a wide variety of defect types at various locations within the tube data files.

• The contractor will use customer-provided tube data files to accomplish this task.

• Provide a data set of matching tubing material.

• Signal inject flaws into the tubes to create a wide variety of defects for test system qualification/calibration.

• Provide necessary tube data files.

• Provide necessary calibration standard data files.

From date of award plus 6 months.

Zetec, Inc. headquarters in Snoqualmie, WA.

NNSY will provide an external hard drive with necessary files to Zetec, Inc.

• Contractors require a minimum security clearance of secret.
• DBIDS card required for access to NNSY.
• Specific procedures for obtaining DBIDS cards, NAVSEA badges, and access to classified information or spaces are detailed.
• Policies regarding Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) within NNSY are outlined, with restrictions in certain areas.
• Contractors requiring access to Restricted Data (RD) or Nuclear Areas will need a red NAVSEA badge and final security clearance.
• "Seated" contractors (those stationed at NNSY with CACs) have specific check-in and training requirements.
