Submission & Evaluation

Submissions require three separate volumes (Technical, Price, and Administrative), each as a searchable PDF, with each email not exceeding 5MB. Evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Technical Capability (Factor 1) requires a minimum of two and a maximum of five construction projects completed within the last six years, demonstrating experience in occupied medical facilities with similar scope and complexity (minimum value $20M, 75% completed). Price (Factor 2) will be evaluated based on the lowest price.
