Scope of Work
The base requirement includes furnishing and installing:
- One (1) electronic sliding gate at the El Nogal Campground entrance.
- One (1) electronic sliding gate at the Canon Administrative Site entrance. Both gates require a 30-foot driveway width, 6"x6" pipe support posts set in concrete, a 2"x4" 11 gauge gate frame with a high-quality black painted finish, and a LiftMaster CSL24UL Commercial Operator with safety features (photo-eyes, electric-edge, battery backup). Keypads for admin use, timer operation, and exit/presence loops are also required. Power will be provided by others, with the contractor responsible for final connection and commissioning. The existing surface condition at gate locations is Native Soil, requiring saw-cut in pavement and trenching for loop installations. An optional item includes the fabrication and delivery of three (3) single-arm swing gates (minimum 14 feet in length with extendable arm) and six (6) separate 8-foot locking posts to the Canon Admin Site. Swing gates will have a dark brown base with red and white candy stripes.

Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on:
