• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Delivery is expected within 30 Calendar Days from the Date of Award Receipt.

• Offer Due Date: 13 MAY 2026 at 04:00 PM.

• The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP).

• Proposals will be evaluated based on Price and Mission Capability.

• The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• The document incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including those related to commercial products and services, small business set-asides, and item unique identification.

• DFARS clauses are also incorporated, including those related to safeguarding covered defense information and electronic submission of payment requests.

• Specific instructions for submission via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) are provided.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Supply and deliver new Elation LED Automated Lighting Fixtures and associated accessories to the United States Military Academy at Bldg. 655 / Eisenhower Hall Theatre, West Point, NY.

• Item 1: 14 each Elation Paragon M – 900W Variable CRI LED IP Framing Profile Fixtures with CMY (Brand Name or Equal). Key features include a 900W LED engine, 30,000-hour average LED life, high lumen output (37200 total lumens @ CRI 80), variable CRI up to 93, motorized zoom, framing blades, animation wheel, prisms, motorized iris, CMY color mixing, linear CTO, and IP65 locking connections.

• Item 2: 30 each Elation SOL I Blinder, 250W RGBLAW LED Modular Blinders, IP65 (Brand Name or Equal). Key features include a 250W RGBLAW LED, 30,000-hour average LED life, variable CCT (1800K-8500K), RGBLAW color array, CMY emulation, variable strobe rate, and IP65 locking connections.

• Item 3: 58 each The Light Source MWB, Mega Claw Pipe Clamps (Brand Name or Equal). Specifications include suitability for 1.5" to 2" OD pipe/truss, a safe vertical working load of 1,100 lb, and specific hardware dimensions.

• Item 4: 44 each Leviton Locking Plugs, 20Amp, 125 Volt, Industrial Grade, Black (Brand Name or Equal).

• Location: Bldg. 655 / Eisenhower Hall Theatre, 655 Pitcher Road, West Point, NY 10996.

• Period of Performance: Begins on the date the contract is awarded or 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• The Eisenhower Hall Theater has a backstage loading dock at standard truck height with dock plates available for unloading.

• All fixtures are specified as "Brand Name or Equal."

To supply and deliver new Elation LED Automated Lighting Fixtures and associated accessories to the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.

• Item 1: Elation Paragon M – 900W Variable CRI LED IP Framing Profile Fixture with CMY (Brand Name – or – Equal). Quantity: 14 each.

  • Key Features: 900W LED engine, 30,000-hour average LED life, 6,500K color temperature, high lumen output, variable CRI up to 93, motorized zoom, framing blades, animation wheel, rotating prisms, motorized iris, CMY color mixing, linear CTO, UV filter, quad color, 2 rotating glass gobos, DMX/RDM/Art-NET/sACN protocol support, IP65 rated connections.
  • Specifications include detailed photometric data, effects capabilities, color mixing, gobo details, control protocols, size/weight, mounting options, electrical requirements (-4°F to 113°F), and included accessories.

• Item 2: Elation SOL I Blinder, 250W RGBLAW LED Modular Blinder, IP65 (Brand Name – or Equal). Quantity: 30 each.
