Statement of Work (SOW)

To convert existing fuel oil furnaces to electric furnaces in two Government Quarters Buildings (#17 and #63) at the Standing Rock Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs.

• Removal of Existing Equipment: Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of existing fuel oil furnaces and associated components, including all waste and debris, in compliance with state and local laws. Cap or secure utilities as necessary.

• Furnish New Equipment: Provide new electric furnaces of equal or greater capacity and efficiency for each house. Estimated sizing: House #17 (approx. 3-ton unit), House #63 (approx. 2.5-ton unit). • Communications: COR is the main point of contact. Changes to contract terms must be directed by the Contracting Officer (CO).

• Government Furnished Items: Electric and water are available on-site. No other Government Furnished Items will be provided.

• Acceptance: Work accepted upon verification of operational furnaces, calibrated thermostat, submission of documentation, and site restoration.
