Offerors must complete the "Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form" (Attachment 2) to self-certify their eligibility under the Buy Indian Act. Evaluation
Award will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Technical acceptability standards include:
