• The project requires a specialized and experienced contractor for electrical renovation.

• The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision.

• Specific tasks include protection of floors and chandeliers, removal of old wiring and panels, installation of new electrical outlets, lighting (including sensor-based), switches, circuit breakers, and TV cabling.

• Detailed installation requirements are specified for the Attic, Second Floor, First Floor, and Ground Floor, including quantities of lights, outlets, switches, and specific equipment like tower dryers and heating units.

• Site cleaning and restoration to original condition or better upon completion is required.

• All work must be performed in accordance with specified safety requirements (EM-385-1-1, OSHA, and local French regulations), with the more stringent requirement taking precedence.

• Electrical work must comply with French UTE C-18.510 and UTE C-15-100 standards.
