Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the procurement of specific welding consumables:
- ELECTRODE: MIL-DTL-23765/2, MIL-100S-1, 3/32 INCH DIA. 60 LB SPOOL, FORM 3C, T9074-BC-GIB-010/0200 APPENDIX B.
- FLUX, WELDING SAW: MIL-DTL-23765/2, MIL-100S-1F, 50.00 LB CO, MATERIAL SPEC: T9074-BC-GIB-010/0200 // MIL-DTL-23765. Both electrode and flux must be obtained from the same company and qualified in combination, as per Qualified Products List (QPL) requirements. Key Deliverables & Requirements:
- Certification Data Report (CDRL): Required for CLIN 0001 and 0004AA, including Certification Material Test Report (CMTR) per DI-MISC-82386.
- Supply Chain Traceability: Documented evidence must be retained for five years.
- Base Access: Contractors require Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials for base access.
- NIST SP 800-171: Required for contractors unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and identified as such.
