Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for:

- Executing structural and architectural alterations to bring machine rooms and hoistways up to code.
- Integrating new elevator controllers with BEP's existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
- Conducting detailed surveys, structural, architectural, and MEP analyses.
- Producing a 35% design submission, including plans, specifications, and a draft commissioning plan.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, minimizing disruption, and achieving energy savings.

Evaluation
