Scope of Work

Submission Requirements
Proposals must be submitted via email to Deatrice.Luck@usdoj.gov. Submissions require separate Technical and Pricing Proposals. Technical proposals must include two packages: one with company information and one redacted version. Offerors must provide three separate pricing proposals, each corresponding to one of the required schedule scenarios (all elevators down, two down/two operational, one down/three operational), detailing materials and labor. A signed copy of Amendment 05 must be included. A Bid Bond is required for offers over $100,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 calendar days of award if the contract price exceeds $100,000. An ACH Vendor Enrollment Form and Past Performance Questionnaire are also required.
Eligibility & Evaluation
- Eligibility: Offerors must hold an active license to perform work in Washington, DC. Contractors/subcontractors need at least seven (7) years of professional experience in the Scope of Work, and electrical contractors/subcontractors require at least five (5) years of experience in relevant electrical matters.
