JIATFS, located in Key West, FL, requires a vehicle for immediate relocation of approximately 345 personnel, their families, and pets (in Orlando) when evacuation is mandated due to hurricanes. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for lodging accommodations and associated hotel services:
- Orlando, FL: Approximately 270 multi-room vacation suites/villas with full kitchen facilities, laundry, internet, and pet-friendly options. Hotels must have emergency generators/lighting, secure parking, baggage handling, and access to amenities. Meeting/conference space for 300 (general session) and five breakout rooms (10 people each) with AV and wireless internet is also required.
- Largo, FL: Approximately 75 rooms with kitchen facilities, internet, AC, hygiene, and private baths. Hotels must have emergency generators/lighting, secure parking, baggage handling, and access to amenities.
- General Requirements: Hotels must pass a Government vulnerability security assessment, not be in FEMA flood/evacuation zones A or B, and offer rates not exceeding Government evacuation/per diem rates. Contractors will need to provide a Hotel Representative and implement a Quality Control Plan.

- Anticipated Duration: BPAs are expected to expire five years from agreement date or when total orders reach $5,000,000, whichever is earlier, with delivery periods from August 2025 to July 2030.
Submission Requirements & Evaluation
Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement (maximum 10 pages) addressing their ability to perform similar services, management experience (including subcontractors), technical skills, and compliance with the 50% rule for small business primes.
