Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for emergency water supply to rural Alaska Native villages facing critical water shortages and contamination risks due to extreme weather and damaged infrastructure.

• Procure, distribute, and coordinate delivery of potable water to Federally recognized Native American tribes in Alaska.

• Water will be supplied via bottled supplies, mobile treatment systems, or emergency delivery.

• Delivery locations and quantities will be specified in individual delivery orders.
