Amendment / Modification

• Questions and Answers: Includes a "140L5726Q0011 Q&A" document (Attachment 04) containing responses to inquiries received during the Q&A period, which closed on March 5, 2026.
• Extended Deadline: The solicitation closing date and time for receipt of offers/quotes has been extended from March 10, 2026, at 1500 MT to March 15, 2026, at 1500 MT.

• Attachment 03: Revised material specification.

• Attachment 04: Questions and Answers document.

• The deadline for proposal/quote submission has been extended to March 15, 2026, at 1500 MT.

All other terms, conditions, provisions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Quotation Validity: Must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business.

• Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov.

• Standard Form (SF) 18 must be completed and signed.

• Amendments must be acknowledged.

• A commercial quote schedule is required.
