Scope of Work
The project's objective is to replace the roof of the Engineer Repair Yard warehouse. Key tasks include:

- Cleaning and preparation of the entire roof (approx. 48'x100') for a new uniflex roof coating system, including sealing penetrations.
- Removal and replacement of a damaged timber-framed storage loft and office ceiling (approx. 18'x4'), including mold remediation.
- Disposal and recycling of all removed materials off-site.
