Scope of Work
The requirement involves comprehensive services for the ERP system, including:
- Enhancements (Base Year: Sep 2026 - Aug 2027): Reporting & Data Analysis, VLM Integration across warehouses, Order Picking Logic, Customer Portal enhancements, Item Location Standardization, Oracle Redwood UI Migration, Digital Assistant & AI Workflow Enablement, Executive Dashboards, Knowledge Transfer, OKC Facility Migration, Financial & Inventory Optimization, and FedEx/Printer Cloud Migration.
- Production Operations Support (Sep 2027 - Aug 2029): Incident, change, and release management; application monitoring; support for Oracle Fusion Cloud updates; system configuration maintenance; custom portal support; documentation updates; and operational reporting.
- Optional Task (Sep 2026 - Aug 2028): Additional process improvements, system enhancements, and technical support on a Time and Materials basis, not to exceed $1 million. The place of performance is Oklahoma City, OK.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Eligible vendors must be Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs), defined as at least 51% Indian owned and controlled, and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Submissions must include:
- A cover letter with company name, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), points of contact, mailing address, telephone, website, any relevant GWAC/GSA Schedule vehicles, business size relative to NAICS 518210, type of company (IEE/ISBEE as registered in SAM), and identified teaming arrangements.
- A completed IEE Representation Form.
