All items must be new. The government intends to lease all items. Pricing is requested on a per-station basis. The vendor will recommend quantity and placement after a facility assessment, with the government handling installation.
- Maintenance and Resupply: Performing routine maintenance and restocking equipment based on usage and expiration dates, adhering to industry standards.
- Reporting and Recording: Creating and administering checklists for quarterly inspections, maintaining maintenance records, logging all safety station usage, establishing protocols for activating local EMS, and notifying security/EMS when equipment is removed.
