• Removal of the requirement for CDRL/CMMC.

• Update to the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form: The Response Due Date has been extended from 18 May 2026 to 09 Jun 2026.

• Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs: The description for CLINs/SLINs/ELINs 0001, 0002, and 0003 has been updated to reflect the removal of CDRL.

• Section C - Description/Specifications/Statement of Work: Miscellaneous text has been modified, and the Statement of Work for Metrology and Calibration (FY 26-28) has been updated.

• Section I - Contract Clauses: The DFARS clause 252.204-7021, "Contractor Compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements (Nov 2025)" has been deleted.

• Section J - List of Attachments: The CDRL attachment has been deleted.

• Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters: The DFARS provision 252.204-7025, "Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements (Nov 2025)" has been deleted.

The proposal submission deadline has been extended to 09 June 2026.

This solicitation is for Equipment Calibration Services for the Airborne Instrumentation Systems Division (AISD) Machine Shop at Point Mugu, CA, for Fiscal Years 2026-2028. The services include test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) metrology and calibration.

• Perform at least one on-site calibration per year, with the first by July 15, 2026.
