Purpose & Overview
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the DLA Troop Support Europe & Africa Contracting Unit to gather market intelligence on vendors capable of providing EU Specification commercial vehicles and equipment. The government seeks to identify potential sources for a future IDIQ contract to supply various heavy equipment categories to Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Europe and Africa.

- Evaluation: Responses will inform the government's acquisition strategy, which may include a multiple-award IDIQ or three Prime Vendor contracts for specific geographic zones (North of the Alps, Mediterranean Countries, Africa Region). Vendors are asked to provide information on their history, specialization, product offerings, potential issues, limiting factors, interest in either approach, and maintenance/warranty solutions beyond standard manufacturer offerings.
