This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for government consideration. Quotes, if submitted, must be sent electronically via email to Abigail Peckham (abigail.r.peckham.civ@us.navy.mil). Submissions must include the completed Section B Pricing Table for CLINs 0001-0003 for Ordering Periods 1-2, price and delivery terms, point of contact information, and the contractor's CAGE code. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit all required fill-ins listed in Section K.
Additional Notes
NOVA Electric is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for these WPCs. The Government has determined that no other vendor can repair these components without incurring significant additional costs and system downtime. The anticipated place of performance is at the contractor's site in Bergenfield, NJ. This requirement is exempt from Section 508.
