Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to deliver comprehensive Technical Training Instructional Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing full-spectrum hands-on training, mentorship, remediation, and evaluation for NSFS and NFCS.
- Delivering classroom and watch-station instruction onboard ships and at facilities, utilizing installed equipment.
- Conducting real-time NSFS engagement drills and assessing ship capability.
- Supporting curriculum improvement and maintenance, including developing and updating instructional materials using Navy-standard authoring tools (e.g., AIM II).
- Training personnel on various systems such as MK 34/86/160 GWS, NFCS, CADRT, MFP, and PMP.
- Assessing student performance, providing feedback, and offering remediation.
- Supporting EWTGPAC active-duty instructors through training and mentorship.
- Preparing training environments, managing student administration, and producing "After Instruction Reports" (AIRs).
