Key Requirements & Deliverables
Bidders must provide furniture that matches in style and color within the executive offices and reception area. Specific furniture items, dimensions, and layouts for each office and the reception area are detailed in the attached Price List and Office Measurements documents. The contractor is responsible for coordinating removal, delivery, and installation with the Government's point of contact at least 72 hours in advance. Disposal of old furniture must comply with all applicable laws. All products offered must be Buy American Act compliant.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held on June 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CDT. Interested parties must provide their company name and employee names for base access to kha.ho@us.af.mil and marta.lange@us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, May 29. Attendees will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued ID, or U.S. passport, along with current automobile insurance and vehicle registration for installation access.
Proposal Submission
Offers must be priced on the attached Price List. Submissions must include:
- Pictures and product specifications of proposed furniture.
- Proposed layout of offices and reception area.
- Proposed plan for recruiting and employment of individuals for furniture removal, delivery, and installation.
