Scope of Work

  • Exhaust Hood Cleaning: Includes pressure washing and chemical cleaning of exhaust hoods, filters, associated ductwork, and fans in five kitchen areas (Bldg 1A Cafeteria, Bldg 335 CDC, Bldg. 221 Teen CDC, Bldg. 103 Reserve Center, Bldg. 333 Landing). Services are performed on a tri-annual, bi-annual, and annual basis, ensuring systems are fully operational and comply with NFPA 96 standards. Some kitchen areas previously under contract are no longer included; refer to PWS Section 2.1.5 for details.
  • Duct Work Cleaning: On-call, as-needed cleaning of ductwork and associated air handling equipment. This involves high-pressure washing and chemical cleaning of coils, fans, and housings; brushing and vacuuming with HEPA filters; resealing openings; cleaning and re-installing diffusers and grills; and defogging with dust encapsulant and disinfectant, adhering to NADCA standards.

  • Compliance: Services must comply with NFPA 96 and NADCA standards. The schedule for exhaust hood cleanings can be submitted to the COR after contract award for approval.
  • CMMC: This contract requires CMMC Level 1 (Self). Certification must be completed in the SPRS module of PIEE, as per provision 252.204-7025 and clause 252.204-7021.
  • Contractor Responsibilities: Includes providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services, and complying with safety, health, environmental, security, and OPSEC requirements. Work is expected during normal TYAD duty hours (0600-1700), Monday-Fridays.
  • SAM.gov: Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and no active exclusions.
