• All items must have a date shift code within one year of manufacture at the time of delivery.

• Delivery to Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL, unless pickup can be arranged within 250 miles.

• This procurement is a brand name justification.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: Base year only, anticipated June 22, 2026 – June 21, 2027.

• Anticipated Award Date: June 22, 2026.

• Offers are requested via Request for Quotation (RFQ).

• Submission Deadline: June 18, 2026, by 11:59 AM EST.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process.

  • Factor 1: Technical Acceptability (Quote must clearly meet RFQ requirements).
  • Factor 2: Price.

• Proposals must include a completed Attachment A - Pricing Table and vendor technical evaluation.

• Unrestricted acquisition.

• This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• Full text of provisions and clauses incorporated by reference can be accessed at www.acquisition.gov.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

• Specific FAR and JAR clauses are included, covering topics such as DEI, responsibility matters, electronic invoicing, confidentiality, and IT security.
