Offerers must notify the Government 30 days in advance of testing.

• Qualification Article Verification: Offerers must provide, at their own expense, a pre-contract award qualification article for evaluation, or submit a waiver. This article must comply with the ESA-approved Technical Data Package and undergo form, fit, and function evaluation. Notification of pass/fail will be within 120 days.
