Scope of Work
The requirement is for an F-35 Engine Run Training Simulator, as detailed in the attached salient characteristics document. The simulator must:
- Replicate physical characteristics, dimensions, and articulation of a true F-35 cockpit.
- Be a compact design, fitting within a standard ISU-90 footprint (max 70" L x 45" W x 60" H).
- Operate on standard US power (110 VAC, 60 Hz) and be constructed of commercial/industrial-grade materials.
- Include key functional hardware such as a Power Control Panel, articulating Throttle Box, functional Foot Pedals, a touchscreen Panoramic Control Display (PCD), a visually/physically representative Ejection Seat, a true-to-life Flight Control Stick, and functional Parking Brake, Engine Run, and V-BIT Switches.
- Feature internal hardware for seamless simulation, operate as a stand-alone, air-gapped system (no DoD network connection required), and include a perpetual software license with routine updates.
- Comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
