Quick Summary

The F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO), under the Dept Of Defense / DEPT OF THE NAVY, will host an Unclassified IT Industry Day on June 11, 2026, at 10300 Taylor Rd. Bldg 1200, Ft. Belvoir Ball Room. This event is a special notice to discuss an upcoming requirement for Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity Services (CS). It aims to foster transparent communication, allow vendors to understand government requirements, ask clarifying questions, and network with officials and potential partners.

Scope of Work

The F-35 JPO requires comprehensive IT and IA/CS support for its Joint Virtual Enterprise (JVE) network and standalone workstations. This includes, but is not limited to, program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, emerging capabilities and requirements implementation, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support, IT training, and CS support. The Draft PWS (Attachment 1) further details services such as Enterprise Data Management and Storage, End-User Capabilities and Support, and Cybersecurity Incident Response. Support will be provided across all directorates, functional areas, and integrated product teams, including managing unclassified JVE communications and coordinating with classified systems contractors.

Contract & Timeline

The Government anticipates the resultant contract will be a base plus four years, with the RFP released under NAICS 541513, Computer Facility Management Services, with a size standard of $34.0 Million. There is no set-aside specified for this Industry Day.
