Additional Notes
Services will be performed at various Conservation Areas along the Lower Colorado River. The contractor's facility must house up to 1,000,000 plugs and 50,000 larger plants with year-round propagation capability. Electronic invoicing will be required via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Attachment 2 provides detailed pricing schedules for various services, and Attachment 3 outlines wage determinations for labor cost estimation.
