Eligibility & Qualifications
Interested firms must meet minimum qualifications, including:
- Licensed hazardous waste hauler in Arizona.
- Active EPA Identification Number for hazardous waste transport.
- Personnel with current 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
- Personnel with current DOT Hazardous Materials transportation certification.
- Appropriate business liability, pollution liability, and commercial vehicle insurance.
- Demonstrated experience handling hazardous and universal waste for federal agencies.
Submission & Evaluation
- Submit a one-page cover letter including Unique Entity ID, cage code, business size, and point of contact.
- Provide a Capability Statement (maximum 2 pages) addressing the firm's ability to perform the required services.
- Responses will be evaluated to determine industry availability and technical capability.
