This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance and Inspection Services for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS). • UST Compliance Services: Ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, CalEPA, California Health and Safety Code, SB989, and San Bernardino County Hazmat standards. This includes coordinating inspections and services with VA boiler plant supervision.

• Designated UST Operator Service (Monthly): Providing annual site-specific on-the-job UST training for facility employees, including emergency contact information, spill/overfill response, monitoring equipment operation, and best management practices.

• Tri-Annual Secondary Containment (SB-989) Inspection: Conducting vacuum integrity tests on interstitial spaces, pressurized line tests on secondary lines, and hydrostatic tests on various sumps and containment pans.
