- Maintenance & Treatment: Quarterly water fountain maintenance (VA supplies filters), continuous automated monitoring of incoming potable water, operation and maintenance of monochloramine water treatment systems (vendor retains ownership, installation included in base period pricing), quarterly ice machine and retherm unit cleaning (including Brooklyn units), laundry wastewater testing, and utility water treatment for cooling towers and boilers (cooling tower cleaning included).
- Chemical Management: Supply and management of water treatment chemicals, with a defined pricing structure for a base year and four option years.

Eligibility & Requirements
