This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for providing furniture, including design, delivery, and installation services, for Facility #20676, Area B, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for the project.
Includes 30 days of storage for furniture.
Requires an itemized quote for receiving, inspecting, delivering, and installing products.
Mandates the provision of 3D Renderings and AutoCAD design hours for all phases.
Requires repair/replacement of flooring and ceiling if damaged during furniture installation.
Products must be from a single manufacturer for uniformity in finish and appearance.
The contractor must provide a final installation AutoCAD DWG file and invoice via WAWF.
Specific to this project, installation of uHAW1 requires removal of existing worksurface supports.
A site visit is scheduled to occur one week after solicitation posting, if requested.

All patch and repair work must match the existing finish level.
Final installation AutoCAD DWG file and invoice must be emailed to CE Interior Designer before acceptance in WAWF.

Customer service must be provided during normal duty hours (0730-1630, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Air Force inquiries must be responded to within two business days.
Meetings may be held periodically to discuss contract status.
Contractor must maintain continuity between support operations and corporate offices.
Contractor must provide a single point of contact available in person or via email.
Contractor must provide management and support of personnel, including travel arrangements and administrative support.
Personnel working in situations where their contractor status is not obvious must identify themselves.
Design services include space planning, site verification, and material selection.
Designs must conform to Architectural Barriers Act regarding accessibility.
Installation must be under the oversight of an onsite manufacturer-certified installer.
Contractor is responsible for environmental controls during work.
Contractor must clean furniture using manufacturer-recommended agents prior to acceptance.
All components must be provided completely assembled, installed, and operational.
Furniture, equipment, and accessories must be level, square, and in proper alignment.
Contractor must inspect furniture for defects and ensure completion.
Installation must comply with 88 CS Telecommunication Requirements, IFS appendix G11, and TIA/EIA Standards.
Red-line drawing updates for any approved deviations must be provided.
Validation of installation according to manufacturer guidelines and customer specifications.
Post-installation walkthrough and final walkthrough with GPM and CO.
Period of Performance: To be completed no later than 120 days from contract award, inclusive of site visit, finish selection, lead time, and installation.

Contractor must be an authorized dealer of the specific furniture manufacturer proposed.

Any electrician provided must be a licensed electrical contractor.

Contractor must manage storage up to a maximum of 30 days.
Contractor must maintain capability to adjust workforce for unforeseen circumstances.

Contractor must provide administrative support for employees.
Contractor must ensure personnel identify themselves as contractors.

Contractor must define and furnish necessary hardware, software, and equipment for design tasks.
Contractor is responsible for collection of information relevant to design/redesign of a space.
Contractor is responsible for notifying the GPM of all power requirements.
Design must ensure power poles do not protrude into main walkways and outlets are accessible.
Design must limit loads to a maximum of four workstations per 20A circuit.
Design must include Systems Furniture pre-wired harness.
Design must ensure minimum two duplex outlets per circuit.
Design must not cover existing wall outlets or thermostats.
Design may utilize wall-mounted applications.
Contractor must use door lock cylinders compatible with Stanley Best Access Systems 1E series.
Contractor must utilize existing government product where applicable.
Designs must be accomplished by qualified professional designers with three years of experience.
Contractor must meet with GPM to review installation drawings.
Contractor must provide additional drawings if requested.
Hardware/software must perform computerized inventory, CAD, and report generation.
Software must be compatible with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Windows.
Design service includes initial complete design with up to three revisions.
Designs must include Basic component floor plan, Panel and Hardware Layout, and Furniture Power Distribution sheets.
Contractor must provide a bill of materials and electronic copies of plans within ten workdays after final design acceptance.
Contractor must maintain an updated master copy of all furniture layouts.
Contractor is responsible for corrected drawings and BOM for errors or omissions.
Contractor must provide GPM with installation drawings and BOM via electronic media.
Contractor must make the government aware of any discrepancies to existing conditions.
Items used after product acceptance must identify or modify a product.
All documentation (manuals, warranty, instructions) must be provided and reviewed with GPM.
Special assembly tools must be provided to GPM prior to final acceptance.
Services include transportation, loading, unloading, and storage.
Contractor Project Manager is responsible for on-site coordination of all staging and deliveries.
Contractor is responsible for determining appropriate delivery method and handling.
Delivery must be in accordance with the contractor's agreement.
Maximum of 30 days offsite storage is included.
Work must comply with applicable building standards and codes (NEC, NFPA 101).
Contractor is responsible for supplying labor and materials for a Certified Electrician to hook up Systems Furniture to Building power.
Contractor is responsible for following all safety and security guidelines.
Contractor must maintain accountability and control of keys.
Contractor must prevent personnel from entering unauthorized areas.
Contractor must maintain means of egress and comply with fire codes.
Contractor personnel must eat, drink, or smoke only in designated areas.
Contractor shall provide or have capability of obtaining support services for removal and warehousing.
Contractor shall appoint an authorized representative.
Contractor representative must meet with GPM to review installation drawings.
Contractor shall install furniture according to requirements and plans.
Contractor is liable for any damage to government property.
Contractor must protect all furniture and building materials during installation.
Contractor shall not use protective materials that leave residual prints.
Contractor shall not repair damage to finishes unless directed by CO.
Services include product transportation of existing inventory.
Contractor shall uncrate/unpack items and perform required assembly.
Services include inspection of product for shipping damage.
Damaged items are not to be installed unless directed by GPM.
Services include assembly of product to conform to final Air Force approved design drawings.
Furnishings attached to the building shall be attached securely.
Installation of furniture must be under the oversight of an onsite manufacturer certified installer.
Contractor shall ensure communication outlet faceplates are provided.
Services include removal of packing materials and cleaning of product.
Services include removal of excess product and transport to GPM approved warehouse.
All trash removed from the worksite shall be disposed of in accordance with state laws.
Contractor shall maintain environmental controls.
Light fixtures shall have appropriate lamps and be in working order.
Contractor shall clean all furniture only with manufacturer's recommended agents.
Contractor shall provide all components, completely assembled, installed, and operational.
Furniture, equipment, and accessories shall be level, square, and in proper alignment.
Contractor shall inspect to ensure furniture is free of surface dirt and defects.
Base support includes Government-controlled working space and utilities.
Standard site conditions include free and clear access, suitable parking, threat condition level, staging area, electric power, working lights, heating/AC, access to freight elevator, current CAD drawings, and a building ready for installation.
Contractor shall notify CO of any deviations from standards or requests for equitable adjustment.
Contractors are required to familiarize themselves with the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP).
All commercial trucks must enter through Gate 26A, WPAFB, Ohio.
Driver must have current pass, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and valid driver's license.
Gate procedures include vehicle inspection and potential re-entry through alternate gates.
Bill of Lading (BOL) must include AF installation name, date, destination, and POC.
Personnel entering installation must have current registration, proof of insurance, valid driver's license, and state ID.
Government representative may require sponsorship for personnel.
Sponsor must state guest's purpose and destination.
Typed list of names required for sponsoring 10 or more people.
Contractors are not considered mission essential.
Firearms are prohibited on base.
Individuals with criminal records are not allowed on base.
Contractor personnel are prohibited from sponsoring guests.
Installation Details: Receiving Dock Available, Freight Elevator in Building, Receiving Dock times (0800-1500) unmanned.
Removal of Existing Furniture: existing.
Delivery to be coordinated with all applicable furniture packages and other contracts.
Corridors and aisles to be kept clear during installation.
Government has full ownership of all formal deliverables.
