Scope of Work
The requirement is for a complete CET Skid Attack Pac designed for a Ford F550. Key components and specifications include:
- Water Tank: 200 U.S. gallons, 1/2in polypropylene, fully baffled to NFPA standards, integrated partitions, 3in sight gauge, 8in x 8in x 8in fill tower, 1in drain.
- Skid Base: 48in wide x 96in long, 34in pump deck extension, 3/4in PT2E polypropylene material with 1/2in gusset reinforcement, integrated lifting holes.
- Fire Pump: CET DI PFP 20hp KHL MR, single stage centrifugal, performance up to 265 GPM @ 50 PSI, aluminum alloy construction, bronze impeller, mechanical self-lubricating shaft seal, exhaust venturi primer.
- Pump Engine: Kohler 20 HP V Twin, air-cooled, 12V electric start with recoil backup, 3-gallon remote tank.
- Controls: Master switch, key start, 2-1/2in discharge pressure gauge, lighted control panel.
- Plumbing and Manifold System: 2-1/2in NPT tank to pump line, 2-1/2in NST overboard suction, Schedule 40 steel piping, 2in x 2in welded steel manifold, various rear and side discharges (1-1/2in fire grade, 3/4in GHT, 1in NPT, 1-1/2in NPT).
- Booster Reel: Hannay 12V electric rewind, 100 ft of 1in rubber booster hose, push-button rewind, manual crank backup.
- Delivery and Installation: Final price must include delivery to 76544, removal of the existing skid attack pac from a Ford F550, and installation of the new unit at the end-user location (76544) using local service.
