Scope of Work

The requirement is for the provision of two (2) new two-post lift assemblies, including all associated components. The contractor will be responsible for fully dismantling and removing existing legacy lifts from the facility, followed by the complete installation, leveling, and operational testing of the newly procured lifts. A sustainment plan detailing how service requirements will be met is also required.

Key Requirements

  • Lift Specifications: Two (2) new two-post lifts with a minimum capacity of 30,000 lbs.
  • Certifications: Lifts must be ALI GOLD certified.
  • Service & Support: On-site service/repair by vendor within 24-72 hours of notification (maximum 5 business days response time).
  • Warranties:
    • Minimum 25-year warranty on structural components.
    • 2-year warranty on hydraulic components.
    • Lifetime warranty on carriage bearings.
  • Components: Must include 4" sealed steel roller bearings, structural 7/8" fork/lift mast channel, no equalization cables or structural overhead beams, three-stage telescopic/multi-position/single lock/low profile arms, automatic mechanical load holding locking device, emergency stop on control panel, two 3hp motors, 1in thick steel bolster plate, all required electrical wiring and hydraulic oil, and an electronically operated control interface.
  • Sustainment Plan: Contractor must provide a plan for comprehensive maintenance, repair, and annual certification services for the duration of the warranty, confirming authorized local/dispatched technicians.
  • Pricing: A firm-fixed price is required for all materials, components, and warranty requirements.

Submission Details

Interested companies are requested to submit a summary outline of their qualifications. References to vendor web pages will not be accepted. Responses must be received or postmarked no later than 2:00 pm Mountain Daylight Time on June 12, 2026.
