To improve the site and construct a new eVTOL Procedures and Analysis Range (VPAR) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

• Construction of a new 5,364 gross square foot vehicle weather shelter.

• Construction of a 1,315 gross square foot support building.

• Development of 38,100 square foot taxi and touchdown and lift-off areas.
