Key tasks involve removal and disposal of existing plating, replacement of any removed conduit/plumbing, and painting the final flooring. All work must comply with stringent industry standards including IBC, AISC, AWS D1.1/D1.1M, ASTM, SSPC, UFC, EM 385-1-1, OSHA, NEC, and NFPA. The project requires AWS D1.1/D1.1M qualified welders and inspectors, and all personnel must be confined space certified. A one-year warranty is also required.
