This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for "Make-Ready Work" at Prapatan C1, Prapatan Apartment, Jakarta. • Acid cleaning fixtures and repairing rainwater leaks.

• Repairing curtain tracks and light fixtures.

• Replacing ceiling fans and pendent lights.

• Installing new kitchen fixtures and cabinets.

• Installing new wall and floor tiles.

• The contract type is a Request for Quotes (RFQ), with a negotiated RFP approach indicated.

• The performance period will be either 21 or 49 calendar days, depending on the awarded CLIN.

• The anticipated magnitude of the construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

• Quotations are due on June 22, 2026, by 12:00. No late quotations will be accepted.

• Submissions must be in English.

• Quotations must be submitted electronically to JakartaPCUBidding@state.gov.

• Submissions must be in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 30MB per file.

• Required submission items include: SF-1442, Section A (Pricing), Section L (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required in Section J, and proof of SAM Registration.

• Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.

• Evaluation will assess compliance with RFQ terms, ability to meet performance period, integrity, organization, experience, skills, equipment, facilities, and overall eligibility.

• Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible.

• Offerors must have an established business in Indonesia or plan to establish one within 30 days of award.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission.

• A site visit is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2026, at 09:30 AM at Prapatan C1, Prapatan Apartment, Jakarta.

• Performance and payment bonds are not required (NO).

• Offerors must submit pricing for both CLINs to be considered for award.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies the solicitation with the following changes:

• The site visit schedule has been changed to Friday, June 12, 2026, at 9:30 AM. This impacts page 48 of the solicitation.

This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for "Make-Ready Work" at Prapatan C1, Prapatan Apartment, Jakarta. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting the lowest acceptable offer.

• Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible.

• Must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Indonesia, or plans to establish an office within 30 days of contract award.

• Must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to proposal submission.

• A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 2026, at 09:30 AM at Prapatan C1, Prapatan Apartment, Jakarta.

• Offerors must submit pricing for both CLINs to be considered for award.

• The Government reserves the right to reject quotations that are unreasonably low or high in price.
