Scope of Work

Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), aircraft primes, or suppliers providing FAA-Certified parts that possess an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag) from certified repair stations (pursuant to 14 CFR Part 145). Contractors must notify the government of any proposed engineering changes affecting interchangeability, performance, weight, safety, reliability, service life, fit, form, function, maintainability, FAA type certification, or requiring part re-identification. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 90 days after receipt of the asset, and contractors must provide a throughput constraint.

Evaluation
