Clarifications

- Window Cleaning: Admin facility exterior glass doors/entrance ways cleaned daily; other windows require smudge mark cleaning daily.
- Restroom Supplies: Contractor provides soap dispenser refills, toilet tissue, and hand towel refills. Pricing must include trash liners, soap, toilet tissue/hand towels. Sanitary napkin disposable liners and break/kitchen area supplies are NOT included.
- Re-performance: If the COR identifies more than 4 defects during a daily inspection, the contractor must re-perform within two hours, unless the COR states otherwise.
