- Item 0001: Enriched, finger (hot dog) rolls, wheat, pan-baked, sliced, fresh, seedless. Delivery within 48 hours after baking.
- Item 0002: Enriched sandwich rolls (hamburger), whole wheat, part whole wheat, or multigrain, pan-baked, sliced, fresh, seedless. Delivery within 48 hours after baking.
- Item 0003: Enriched white, whole wheat, white wheat, or wheat bread, unseasoned, fresh, loaf at 22 slices per loaf, pan-baked, sandwich, sliced, seedless. Must be delivered within 48 hours after baking, certified Kosher Parve, with Whole Wheat Flour as the first ingredient. All items must meet provided specifications, and non-conforming items will be rejected at the contractor's expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, Oakdale, Louisiana (Food Service Warehouse), 2105 East Whatley Rd, Oakdale, LA 71463, Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to bhornsby@bop.gov. All responsible sources must submit a typed quote on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, SF 1449 - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION). Quotes must be marked with the Solicitation Number (15B51826Q00000018) and include the Quoter’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) for SAM. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. The award will be based on the quotes most advantageous to the Government, evaluating specifications, past performance, and price. The Government reserves the right to award item-by-item or in aggregate. All pricing must be firm-fixed price, inclusive of all shipping and processing costs (FOB Destination), and valid for 30 days beyond the anticipated award date.
