Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the procurement of various less lethal items, including but not limited to:
- Low Roll Non-Reloadable Distraction Devices
- 40MM CS Direct Impact Smokeless and SPEDEHEAT rounds (Short and Long Range)
- Smoke Grenades (HC LG MAX, Triple Chaser CS, Han Ball CS, Riot Control CS)
- Flameless Expulsion OC Grenades
- Stinger Grenades (32 Cal Rubber Balls, 12 GA Rubber Balls)
- OC, Smoke, CS, and Flush Mix Pepper Fogger Formulations
- 12 GA Muzzle Bang/Launching Cartridges
All items must be "No Foreign Ammunition (Made in USA)" and are subject to a Firm Fixed Price contract. Deliveries will be made to FCC Terre Haute's Armory.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government, considering Price, Past Performance, and Delivery Time. Evaluation will follow FAR 13.106-2.
Quotes must be completed, signed, and sent electronically to C1livingston@bop.gov. Submissions should include shipping costs (FOB destination) and note any additional Excise tax. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes.
