This solicitation is for the procurement of ammunition. The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote that meets the specified requirements.

• Brand Name Only: Bidders must supply the exact brand name and part number specified. Substitutions will not be accepted. If the exact item cannot be provided, do not bid.

• Pricing: Bids must include pricing for all line items.

• Shipping: Shipping must be Free On Board (FOB) destination CONUS. The seller is responsible for shipping costs and risk of loss until delivery.

• Delivery: "ASAP after award" is the special delivery instruction.

• No Partial Shipments: Unless authorized at the time of award, partial shipments are not permitted.

• Contracting Method: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Award Type: Purchase Order or Delivery Order.

• Bid Validity: Bids must be valid for 60 calendar days after the close of the solicitation.

• Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic quotes will not be considered.
