• The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract.

• The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

• Performance period: 10 calendar days to begin after award, and 102 calendar days to complete.

• Offers are due by April 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time.

• Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Technical acceptability and price will be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation.

• Offerors must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the products offered.

• Faxed and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
