  • Past Performance (Go/No-Go basis, evaluating timeliness of deliveries and order accuracy/completeness).

• Offerors must be registered in the SAM System and willing to accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

• The acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

RFQ / Award Delivery Information

• Specifications: All items must comply with BOP National Menu Specifications. Contractors are responsible for obtaining these specifications prior to quoting.

• Conditional Receipt: Delivery receipt may be conditional for up to three (3) days for examination and testing.

• Noncompliance: Unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within two (2) weeks of notification, or they will be disposed of by warehouse staff.
