Submission & Evaluation

FCI La Tuna will award to responsible offerors whose offers are most advantageous, considering price and other factors. Quotes from vendors with poor past performance will not be considered, regardless of price. The government intends to award without discussions. Offerors must submit signed and dated offers including the solicitation number, company details (name, address, phone, UEI, EFT indicator), a technical description of items, warranty terms, price, discount terms, and acknowledgment of any amendments.
