Qualification Requirements
Offerors must be approved, qualified sources prior to the solicitation closing date to be considered for award, in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Newly approved sources are subject to First Article Testing. Source Approval Requests (SARs) should be submitted as soon as possible, as the Government is not required to delay award for pending SAR reviews.
