Scope of Work
The FBI is seeking solutions across a wide range of problem sets detailed in Attachment A. Key areas of interest include:
- Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its Sub-Fields: Including content extraction, data management, workflow automation, analysis, multi-sensor fusion, business operations, data science, knowledge management, open-source intelligence, correspondence, dynamic threat analysis, HR recruiting, signature identification, cybersecurity, and AI governance.
- Enhancing Counterintelligence and Security: Focusing on improving counterintelligence capabilities, personnel assessment, cyber behavior analysis, and foreign contact identification.
- Mission-Enhancing Science and Technology: Covering digital exploitation (e.g., document/media acquisition, human language technologies, computer vision, digital signals processing, data/user artifact analysis, DOMEX), directed energy weapons (DEW), biometrics, weapons of mass destruction, electro-optical detection, pulsed power detection, and radio frequency detection.
- Improving Mission Support Capabilities: Addressing IT systems and services, IT governance, data management and analytics, infrastructure and cloud management, information assurance and cyber defense, operations support, strategic information and operations (SIOC), cyber capability requirements, and enterprise common data fabric solutions.
- Increasing Organizational Effectiveness: Including performance management, applicant screening, career advancement, and workplace learning and performance.
Contract & Timeline
