• Questions Due Date: Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Questions must be submitted via email in an MS Excel file following a specified format.

• Quote Due Date: Friday, July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

• Submission Format: Electronic via email. Hard copies will not be accepted.

• Quote Structure: Must be subdivided into two sections: Section 1 - Technical Quote (max 15 pages) and Section 2 - Price Quote (no page limit).

• Evaluation Method: Best value trade-off method, considering both price and non-price factors. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace approximately 1700 acres of barbed wire fence with chain link fence at the Table Mountain Field Site and Radio Quiet Zone.

• Remove existing barbed wire fence.

• Install new 7-foot chain link fence with 1-foot barbed wire on top.

• Fence posts to be inserted to a depth of 38 inches for line posts and 44 inches for terminal posts, set in concrete footers.

• Install a 16-foot cantilever West gate and a 28-foot cantilever North gate.

• Install two 4-foot walk-through gates.

• Install "No Trespassing Government" signs provided by NTIA/ITS.

• Mobilization and site preparation, including clearing vegetation, debris, and old fencing.
