Scope of Work

The work includes removing existing gravel, constructing the new pad, and protecting surrounding fixtures, all in accordance with Drawing Set 6-10-35 and specified sections (010010 General Requirements, 013100 ES&H, 013300 Submittals, 014100 Quality). The project must be completed within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price subcontract, awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. It is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS Code 324121 (Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing Contractors) and a 500-employee size standard. A bid guarantee of at least 20% (not exceeding $3 million) is required, and a payment bond is necessary if the subcontract exceeds $35,000. Buy American requirements for construction materials apply.
Submission & Evaluation
