Additional Notes

  • The Davis-Bacon Act applies to contracts exceeding $2,000 for construction, alteration, or repair at INL. Construction work at the INL Site (within the 890-square mile boundary) is also subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA), but work at Idaho Falls facilities is exempt.
  • Submittal Requirements: Company name and point of contact, description of relevant fiber installation and refurbishment capabilities/experience, NAICS codes and business size classification, and any existing DOE or federal contracting experience.
