• Deliveries are FOB destination NUWCDIVNPT Newport, RI.

• Offerors must possess a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access drawings.

• Offerors must have a summary level score of a NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (not more than 3 years old) posted in SPRS to receive drawings.

• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (self) is applicable. Offerors must provide CMMC UIDs issued by SPRS.

• Contractors must have an active SAM registration at the time of quote submission.

• A unique item identifier (UID) is required for delivered items with a Government unit acquisition cost of $5,000.00 or more.

• Contract type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: Options may be exercised within one year of the award date.

• Anticipated award month: June 2026.

• Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.

• Technical acceptability requires:

  1. Indication of best delivery lead time.
  2. Technical Capability, including:
     • Equipment for manufacture and inspection.
     • Major process steps for manufacture, detailing annealing.
     • Report of recent, relevant similar performances (max 3 references, 2 pages each).

• Past performance information in SPRS will also be considered.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Amy.K.Prisco.civ@US.NAVY.

• Quotes must include item prices, shipping costs, delivery terms, lead times, point of contact, CAGE Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID.

• Quotes must have a validity date of at least 90 days from the due date for receipt of offers.

• The Government's method of payment will be electronic payment via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

• This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days.

• Drawings are designated Distribution D and export controlled.

• Applicable Government Drawings are available upon request via instructions provided.

• Contract Requirement Data Lists (CDRLs) are attached.
